Shipping & Fulfillment: What to Expect

At CaseYAY, we move fast! To get your gear into your hands as quickly as possible, we may fulfill your items separately.

• Processing Time: Most orders ship within 3 business days. You’ll receive a unique shipping confirmation email for every package we send.
• Multiple Packages: If you ordered several items, they may arrive at different times in separate packages. Don’t worry—the rest of your order is close behind!
• High-Volume Seasons: During holidays or big sales, please allow up to 4 business days for processing. Our warehouse team works extra hard to get your orders out the door!
• What counts as a “Business Day”? Our team works Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
