• Shipping: We use USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 2–5 business days once it leaves our warehouse.
• Note: These are estimates. During busy holiday seasons, carriers may take a little extra time to deliver the magic to your door! 📦✨

2. Where is my order & why hasn’t tracking updated?

We’re just as excited for your CaseYAY package to arrive as you are! 💌

• Track It: Use the link in your Shipping Confirmation Email for real-time updates.
• The “Pre-Shipment” Phase: If your status says “Pre-Shipment”, don’t stress! This means your order is packed and handed over to USPS. It’s normal for tracking to stay in this status for a few days before the first scan.
• The 5-Day Rule: If there’s no movement after 5 business days (excluding weekends), reach out to [email protected] and we’ll take a closer look!

3. Why was my order shipped separately?

We try our best to ship everything together, but sometimes your items like to take their own routes! ✈️

If you ordered multiple products, they may ship from different fulfillment centers. This means they’ll arrive in separate packages—and possibly on different days. Don’t worry, the rest of your order is close behind!

4. My order says “Delivered,” but it’s not here!

Don’t panic! Sometimes the tracking link plays hide-and-seek. 🙈

1. Check the Spots: Look in your mailbox (our mailers are slim!), with your doorman, or even ask a neighbor.
2. The Early Scan: USPS often scans packages as “Delivered” a bit early.
3. Wait 3 Days: Please allow 3 full business days after the “Delivered” status appears. Most “missing” packages surface within this window!
