Oops! I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?

We move fast to get your #CaseYAY gear to you! We are happy to assist with changes to your size, design, or shipping address as long as your order hasn’t hit the processing stage.

  • The 60-Minute Window: Please email [email protected] with your order number and requested changes within one (1) hour of purchase.
  • Why the rush? After 60 minutes, your order is automatically sent to our warehouse to begin packing. Once it’s in the fulfillment queue, we are unable to locate or modify individual parcels.

What if my order has already shipped?

  • Address Errors: If the package is already on its way to an incorrect address, we recommend contacting the carrier (e.g., USPS) immediately to see if a Package Intercept or redirection is possible.
  • Returns & Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong item, don’t worry! You can easily start a return or exchange once your package arrives.

🔔 To ensure your favorites reach you as quickly as possible, we begin processing orders almost immediately. We are happy to assist with changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of your purchase.

🔔 Because our warehouse team moves so fast, we highly recommend reviewing your order details—especially your device model and shipping address—one last time before finalizing your checkout. If an order has already entered the fulfillment stage or has been shipped, we won’t be able to halt its journey, but we’ll be happy to help you with an exchange once it arrives!
