My package is missing! What should I do?

Don’t panic! It’s quite common for packages to show as delivered a little earlier than they actually arrive. Here’s what we recommend:

  • Check the “Secret” Spots: We ship in compact mailers that fit inside most mailboxes. Please double-check your mailbox, porch, and even with neighbors—sometimes carriers leave them at a nearby door by mistake (oops!).
  • The “Early Scan” Phenomenon: USPS drivers sometimes scan packages as “Delivered” while approaching your address or if access to the mailbox was temporarily blocked. In these cases, it often shows up the next business day.
  • The 3-Day Rule: Please allow 3 full business days after the “Delivered” status appears before reaching out. Most “missing” packages surface within this window!
