How can I cancel or update my order after purchase?

At #CaseYAY, we move fast to get your gear to you! We can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t entered the fulfillment stage.

  • The 60-Minute Window: Because our warehouse processes orders almost immediately, all requests must be made within one (1) hour of purchase.
  • Easy Self-Service: You can handle this yourself! Open your Order Confirmation Email, click Contact Us and you’ll find options to cancel or update your shipping address right on the page.
  • Missed the window? Don’t worry! If your order is already in progress, you can easily start an exchange or return once your package arrives.
