Accidentally had my order shipped to the incorrect address. What can I do?

  • The 60-Minute Window: If your order was placed less than one (1) hour ago, please email us at [email protected] right away. If it hasn’t entered the processing stage, we’ll be more than happy to update the address for you!
  • After 1 Hour: Once the one-hour mark passes, your order is already being sorted and packed among thousands of others. At this stage, we are unfortunately unable to locate or modify individual packages.
  • If It’s Already Shipped: If the package is already on its way to the original address, we recommend reaching out to the carrier (e.g., USPS) to see if they can redirect the shipment or hold it at your local post office for pickup.

  • Account Email Address
  • The specific update needed (e.g., New Shipping Address)
