  • Arbitration: Most disputes will be settled via binding arbitration rather than in court.
  • No Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
