Got your tracking number? Awesome! Here’s a quick guide to what those USPS updates actually mean for your package’s journey:

• USPS Awaiting Item: Our team has packed your order and handed it over to USPS. It’s currently in their facility waiting for that first official scan!
• Confirmed or Accepted: USPS has scanned your package! It’s officially on the move. It might stay in this status for 1–5 business days while it’s being sorted—don’t worry, this is totally normal.
• In Transit: Woohoo! Your CaseYAY gear is on its way to you. At this stage, you’ll usually see an Expected Delivery Date appear.
• Delivered: The wait is over! Your self-gift has officially arrived. 🎁✨

Marked Delivered but missing? 📦

Don’t worry—USPS often scans packages a bit early! We kindly ask that you allow 3 full business days for your CaseYAY gear to surface. It usually pops up in your mailbox or with a neighbor within this window.
