📦 Returns & Exchanges

1. The 30-Day Policy
  • Window: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order date.
  • Condition: To qualify, merchandise must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds: * Returns within 30 days: Refunded to your original payment method.
    • Returns after 30 days: Issued as Store Credit (at the original purchase price).
  • One-Time Exchange: Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
2. Shipping & Labels (US vs. International)
  • US Customers: We provide Pre-paid labels and QR codes for all requests.
    • Exchanges: 100% FREE.
    • Returns for Store Credit: 100% FREE.
    • Returns for Cash Refund: A $5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • International Customers: Pre-paid labels and QR codes are not provided. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Proof of Postage: Always keep your USPS drop-off receipt. If the package is lost by the carrier, we will honor your return/exchange as long as you have this receipt.
3. Special Conditions
  • Final Sale: Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Defective Items: Received a damaged product? Please click ‘Contact Us’ immediately so we can resolve it.
  • Verification: We only accept returns for orders placed directly on CaseYAY.com.

🏷️ Coupon & Discount Policy

  • Missed a Code? If you forgot to apply a discount, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot apply codes once an order has shipped.
  • Stacking: Only one coupon code can be used per purchase.
  • Exchanges & Credits: Promo codes cannot be applied to an exchange. However, if you used a code on your original order, our system will provide enough Store Credit to cover a new item of equal value.
