1. Holiday Shipping Timelines

To ensure your #CaseYAY treasures arrive before the big day, please place your orders by the following dates:

Note: While we strive for lightning-fast dispatch, high seasonal volumes may cause minor carrier delays. We recommend ordering early to beat the rush!

2. Extended Holiday Returns

We want your gifts to be perfect. If that surprise phone case wasn’t the right fit, don’t worry—we’ve extended our return window for the holiday season.

  • The Policy: Any order placed between November 15th and December 25th is eligible for return or exchange until January 31st of the following year.
  • The Condition: As always, items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: Please note that customized/personalized cases and final sale items remain non-returnable unless defective.

3. Holiday Cancellations & Changes

During the peak season, our warehouse operates at maximum speed to get orders out.

  • Modification Window: Cancellations or address changes must be requested within 60 minutes of placing your order.
  • Contact: Mark your email subject as “URGENT: Holiday Order Change” and send it to [email protected].
