Where will my refund go?
All refunds are credited back to your original form of payment or issued as a CaseYAY Store Credit.
- If you paid via Gift Card: The balance will be returned to that specific gift card.
- Processing Time: Depending on your bank, you’ll typically see the funds in your account within 3-5 business days after we process your request.
How long does it take after returning?
If you use our prepaid shipping label, we’ll send you an email confirmation the moment your return arrives at our warehouse. From that confirmation date, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Returning a Gift?
We’ve got you covered! You’ll receive a Store Credit Gift Card via email for the credited amount. To help us find the right order, please have the following ready:
- Order number
- Email address used for the purchase
- First and last name of the person who bought the gift
How do discount codes (like BOGO) affect my refund?
When you use a discount code (such as “Buy One, Get One“), the discount is proportionally distributed across all eligible items in your order.
- The Math: Even if one item shows as “Free” at checkout, the total discount is shared. If you return only one item, your refund will reflect the actual price paid after the discount was applied, rather than the full retail price.
