30-Day Peace of Mind
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return

- Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package.
- Important: Please do not send items back to us without a prior request, as these cannot be accepted.
Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right right away.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To ensure quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized/Customized products (items made specifically for you).
- Sale items and Gift cards.
- Perishable goods or personal care items.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a new style is to return the original item for a refund. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for your preferred choice.
European Union: 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For our customers in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
- Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
